The Villa consists of two levels with, two bedrooms, Bathroom and Laundry downstairs and a spacious lounge, Dining area and Kitchen on the upper level.  The lounge opens out to a balcony, views of the river can be enjoyed from the second storey.

The villa is neatly furnished with, leather lounge suites in the lounge area, Television and DVD player, Executive dining suite, and queen size ensemble in the master bedroom and three single ensemble's in the second bedroom.
